Alberto Annibali is a new upcoming Italian designer who is currently making waves in the fashion scene. Modern and fresh, are the keywords of Alberto Annibali Fall and Winter 2012-13 collection. His strong masculine tailoring and unique style is inspired from the elegant and soft silhouettes of the 80s.
Since his childhood, Alberto Annibali was attracted to the world of fashion and the creativity involved in fine men’s tailoring. He decided to study fashion design and was working for major labels. He has collaborated with brands and designers such as: Ittierre S.p.a., Versus-Gianni Versace and Gianfranco Ferrè Jeans and with Valentino in men’s design studio in Rome.
In 2007 he created his own label and presented his first collection to the fashion world. The collection expressed his strong roots to Men’s wear, transformed into a passion for the female personality. He includes a deep understanding of tailoring, fabrics, and his silhouettes are soft and relaxed.
The collection includes elegant suits and dresses in silk or soft nappa leather which can be worn anytime of the year. The color palette consists of sharper shades such as rust brown, brick red, caramel, purple, blue, turquoise, yellow, and black and white, that are used as a neutral basis or to create a transparency with chiffon on full graphic colors. The production of his collection is all ‘’Made in Italy’’.
